By confirming the booking, the client accepts both the rates and the conditions associated with them (services included and services not included), published on the website: www.paraisocamper.com.
At the same time, the client also accepts the personal data protection policy of Paraiso Camper (commercial brand owned by Odissea Calp, S.L.).
The contract of stay associated with the booking made through the website www.paraisocamper.com will be managed by Odissea Calp SL, with registered office at Urbanización Los Almendros, 9-A de Calpe and CIF: B54557848.
The current rates and conditions are those published on our website: www.paraisocamper.com. These rates are retail prices, and therefore include VAT. Paraíso Camper reserves the right to modify the published rates and conditions at any time. These modifications will affect both current stays and bookings. Paraíso Camper will inform you by e-mail of any changes in the rates and/or conditions applied to your stay. These changes will be communicated to the clients 15 days in advance.
Upon receipt of the booking request form, Paraiso Camper staff will check the availability of plots. In case of availability, a pre-reservation document will be sent to you by e-mail, which will include the dates of arrival and departure, the number of nights, the total price of the stay and the amount to be paid as a reservation deposit. Sending the reservation request form does not constitute a reservation..
At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid.with a minimum of €12 and a maximum of €200. Payment of this deposit can be made by bank transfer or through a secure 100% bank gateway. In the latter case, you will need to provide your credit card details (via external payment processors) to confirm your booking. These payments are processed through the payment gateway of Redsys, a BBVA collaborating entity, which acts as the acquiring entity and has cia PCI DSS certification, in order to store users' card details securely on its server.
The booking will be formalised when the booking deposit is received and the client receives the booking confirmation by e-mail.
In cases of cancellation of a reservation by the client, in accordance with the criteria of Valencian tourism legislation, the company will be entitled to be reimbursed the management costs that are duly justified, taking into account the following criteria:
The official timetable of entry (check-in): from 12:00 to 20:00 hours.
The official timetable of output (check-out): from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
(*) For check-in or check-out times different from the official times, the client must request authorisation from Paraíso Camper staff.
The reception will be open all year round. The opening hours for the public, either in person or by telephone, shall be as follows 9:00 a 20:00.
Short stays (less than 31 nights)The full amount is payable at the time of check-in. Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card such as VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Euro6000.
For stays longer than 31 nightsIf you are a guest, you must make payments on account of your stay on the 1st of each month. The amount of each payment on account, which will be made on the first day of each month, will correspond to the total number of nights of the current month.
At check-in, the client must prove their identity and that of all accompanying persons with valid official documentation (ID card, identity card of their nationality or passport). The holder of the registration form must be of legal age and shall sign the documents required for registration and shall be responsible for all acts and damages that he/she and/or his/her companions may cause.
The capacity per pitch is for one motorhome or camper and a maximum of 5 occupantsregardless of their age.
Only a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per plot.. All domestic animals, especially dogs and cats, must be properly leashed and controlled at all times. They should not be left unattended and should never be left unleashed.
